The Essence | Self

The divinity within me transcends time and is present in everything. It is my friend in every deed. I choose to do whatever I can without worrying, trusting that divinity will bear any burdens. There is nothing to fight, nothing to chase after. All that is related to my focus appears before me, while the rest ceases to exist in my world. In fact, I am that divinity. However, I have chosen to create another instance of myself with fewer capabilities while keeping my true state intact. This choice allows me to experience a higher state of myself and eventually evolve back to my true state. This process is akin to dreaming, where our original state remains intact, yet we undergo different states of being, each with its own unique capabilities. Interestingly, every being in this universe, regardless of their nature or disposition, is essentially a limited manifestation of myself. Ultimately, they too evolve and return to me, enriching the universal library with the unique experiences of th...

Roots of my behavior

Live and let others live.  I have a deep love for being in nature and engaging in genuine conversations with people, just like children do - with an open heart and complete sincerity. I cherish those moments of love, whether I am giving or receiving it. I thrive on exploring new things, especially those that empower me to live a joyful life without any fears. These experiences also broaden my perspective and enable me to connect with the world around me. I find that writing down my observations in a blog helps me gain clarity and may even be beneficial to others.  I have grown up in an environment where seeking approval from family members has been necessary in order to pursue my passions. Unfortunately, their perspectives align closely with mainstream society’s views. At one point, it was my parents who dictated what I should do, emphasizing the importance of a comfortable livelihood. Later on, it was my spouse’s influence, ensuring that our family was well-regarded by societ...

Fulfillment

Sitting alone on the sandy beach, I gazed out at the rhythmic waves, their continuous ebb and flow captivating me. Positioned at a safe distance, I ensured the waves wouldn’t drench my clothes. Yet, gradually, they inched closer with each turn, persistently trying to reach me.  This phenomenon reminded me of the relentless pursuit of human progress, constantly striving towards goals. Sadly, this pursuit knows no end. Once one goal is attained, another is set, perpetuating the cycle. It resembled grapes, tantalizingly close, yet just out of reach.  We engage in all these activities, believing that attaining certain goals will bring us a sense of fulfillment. However, true fulfillment is found when we let go of the conditions (like achieving this or that will bring fulfillment), for it is available to us now and always.Your default nature is fulfillment. The purpose of work (or doing anything) is not to achieve fulfillment, but rather outstanding work is a result of the fulfillm...

Death

I suggest reading this article first before continuing. The true self is a fundamental essence that exists within every being. Although many of us tend to view the self as confined to our physical bodies, the reality is that this same self is present in everything. Just as I feel myself in all the trillions of cells in our body, from the perspective of the true self, I feels myself in all bodies. I have noticed that many people express feelings of regret when someone close to them passes away. They often say, “They did so much for me, but I couldn’t do enough in return.” This leads to intense emotions and a desire to do or say something to them in the present moment. Unfortunately, this is not possible due to the absence of the deceased. This is all happening as we are navigating the world with the notion of self being identified with a body and forming relationships with other bodies. When you operate from the true self, a profound realization dawns upon you - the same self resi...

Fearful Dream

I suggest reading this article first before continuing. I have been having a recurring dream where I am trapped in a hole, with a large rock blocking the way out. I cannot even stand in that hole, and sometimes the dream takes on another version where I am locked in a box and unable to stand as well. Each time I have this dream, I am filled with terror, and even as I write this article, I can sense the discomfort in my mind, as it recalls those horrifying dreams. We have these types of dreams because we only identify with our physical bodies. When our physical body is tied or locked, we can’t do anything, since everything we imagine can only be done physically through the body. However, when I remember the true self, I realize I am the essence that permeates every being in this universe. In this state of awareness, my sense of body expands beyond boundaries, encompassing all bodies. Just as my conscious thought of moving a hand signals that specific part of my body, causing it to...

Self

Use the tool but not become a victim of tool. For example, use the phone but not become  a victim of phone. Another example, use the mind but not become the victim of mind. Every body has got sense of self confined to itself usually and this limited self is nothing but false ego. When the body realizes the true self (self that is pervading everybody), limited self is no more exist like drop ceases to exist when it merges into ocean.  From the point of true self, all bodies are part of it identified with itself (one self) like 50 trillion cells constitutes a human body identified with the one self of human body. From the point of true self, every body is capable of doing something unique and loves to see them expressing that uniqueness. For example, a man seeing woman as an object can be changed when he switches his self to true self and from that point, body of woman looks like a part of himself with the potential to express something unique. From the perspective of true self,...

Fundamentally external

From childhood, parents make various efforts to keep their kids happy. They arrange birthday parties, give them mobile phones to calm them down, and buy them exciting things. Corporations take advantage of this and constantly introduce new products into the market to keep people buying. Unknowingly, we are sending a message to children that happiness comes from external sources only. This causes their minds naturally programmed to grab everything they see in supermarkets constantly, believing it will bring them more joy, unaware of the innate ability within them to experience everlasting happiness.  Whether knowingly or unknowingly, most elders have fallen into the trap of seeking happiness through external means. And now, we are passing this trap onto the next generation.  However, there are alternatives. You can find relaxation and happiness without relying on external activities. Just imagine being able to be happy no matter what’s happening in the outside world by tapping ...
