Security and Spontaneity: Finding Balance in Life When we prioritize security in life, we may unintentionally sacrifice some of life's spontaneity. This can happen when we try to control or fix every aspect of our lives from the perspective of security, such as education and career choices. While this approach may seem prudent, it can potentially lead us to overlook our inner desires and intuitions. Mind vs. Heart: Two Sources of Guidance There is a crucial distinction between listening to the mind and listening to the heart: The Mind:  Often influenced by societal factors since birth, including upbringing, religion, education, and environment. The mind is a vast archive of your personal history. It encompasses: All the knowledge you've acquired The conditioning you've undergone The experiences you've lived through The thoughts you've entertained This repository of past information serves as the foundation for future planning.   In life, there is liberation. Life itself is a liberating experience. If you live totally, it liberates.  However, the question of how life actually liberates has long puzzled me. Suddenly, a spark of understanding has ignited in my mind. Just as a photographer adjusts the lenses during photography to achieve the perfect focus on a subject, so too must we adjust our perceptions until our minds gain clarity. Similarly, there will come a day when people can no longer bear the pain; the...

AI models learn through a combination of autonomous decision-making and human guidance. While humans provide data and feedback, the models internally process information and make choices based on their algorithms. This process allows AI to learn and adapt, as the models refine their decision-making based on outcomes and human feedback. The ability to make independent choices within their algorithmic framework is crucial for AI learning. Hard-coding specific decisions would limit their ability to generalize and adapt to new situations. It’s important to emphasize that AI models process the information they receive before making choices. This processing of all the information keeps their intelligence improving day by day. In many ways, the human mind is synonymous with AI models. Human mind has the capacity to receive information from the outside, process it, extract insights, and make decisions based on new or updated insights. However, not all humans engage in this internal proce...
