Osho
Listening to Osho’s audiobooks on Audible has been a surprisingly enriching experience. His talks are filled with immense wisdom and have provided genuine insight and help in navigating life’s complexities. Yet, it is unfortunate that Osho is often known to the masses primarily as a “sex guru” rather than as a spiritual guru. I, too, first encountered him through this narrow lens. However, after closely going though his teachings, I have realized his intentions. Osho’s Vision and Its Public Perception Osho challenged conventional norms, especially around relationships and sexuality. He proposed giving young people complete freedom to live in groups outside the confines of traditional marriage, to mingle without repression, and to explore their desires openly. On the surface, this approach seems liberating and potentially energizing, offering relief from societal pressures and perhaps enabling individuals to achieve more in life.
