Deny God for the sake of God

Look at the cold drink advertisements —they’re completely fantastical. The person who takes a sip is instantly energized, floats in the air, spins with joy, attracts their girlfriend or boyfriend, children stop crying and start dancing, and more. In reality, it simply quenches our thirst, and that’s all. Similarly, so many fantasies about God have arisen over time, shaped by culture, customs, religions, priests, and even the common man. Most people live within these fantasies, hardly ever experiencing the reality. Blinded by these imagined versions, people fight over whose fantasy is right, leading to chaos. I question everything said about God and genuinely strive to understand. These efforts help clear away the clouds of ignorance, allowing me to see the underlying essence; this discovery brings contentment. The statement "deny God for the sake of God" holds true for me—I deny(or rather, I don't take for granted) what others say about God, regardless of their credentia...

Relationships falter

Over years of exploration, I have realized a being that pervades all. It is none other than myself—my true self or simply consciousness—but it takes time to fully digest and integrate this wisdom into everyday life. For now, I see this presence (true self) as distinct from myself (self limited to the scope of Vijay. Ego in simple terms), much like a wave differs from the ocean . It is my eternal lover , and I surrender myself to it completely, without any filters. This has created a profound relationship with that divine being . I feel unconditional love showering from that divine being, regardless of my behavior—good, bad, or even worse—and this has allowed me to open fully to that divine being. It is my eternal lover. Some people may portray this divine being as God , but that doesn’t resonate with me—I prefer to experience it purely as a lover. I often wonder why relationships struggle in the present world, and I believe the root cause is a lack of openness . In my case, I am ...

Mind vs Heart v3

Once I drove a car for almost 12 hours along with my family members and finally reached home. Now, it was time to take the luggage from the car and carry it inside. My family was even more tired than I was and not in the mood to carry the luggage, so it naturally fell on me to do it. A traditional thought immediately came to my mind: I have done so much so far, now let others do it. It is very logical and nobody can deny that. As I have been exploring and trying to integrate spirituality into daily activities, I took a deep breath, closed my eyes, and sat in silence for a while. Then a thought flashed in my mind: you have energy to carry the luggage, so carry it. What is the doubt? That’s true. I generally refer to the voice I hear when I sit in silence as the voice of the heart . The mind always measures, calculates, and tries to balance the number of actions taken by people. It always asks, why should I do it when others are not doing? But from the heart’s point of view, if you can ...

Prayer

I remember elders, from various cultures and religions, advising us to pray to God for help before starting any work. As a software engineer, I always look for logic, and since I couldn’t find any in these prayers , I never did them wholeheartedly. To me, those prayers serve as a placebo effect in the best case and not much more. At the same time, the idea of having someone powerful like God to bless and guide us in day-to-day life feels good, but I never found such a person in reality—only in the stories told by elders. Over years of exploring, I discovered a being within to partner with, though I’m not sure how to explain it to children. I want to find a simple way that’s also complete. While reflecting on this, the following idea came to me, and moments like these fill me with deep love for that inner being (as I believe it is playing a key role in getting such innovative ideas). Close your eyes. Feel your breath. Breathe in and out as you would when feeling totally relaxed and saf...

Moments in Silence #02

When I experienced glimpses of the egoless state , I saw only one being in everyone, though the physical bodies are still adjusting to deliver that immense power of that one being properly. Until that adjustment happens, chaos continues. Those great personalities we’ve heard about— Krishna , Jesus , Mohammed , Ramana Maharshi , Osho , and living legends like Bruce Lipton and BM Hegde —are examples where their physical bodies are attuned to channel the power within. I feel these personalities are the proof and the inspiration for all of us to recognize our own potential and the need to adjust or evolve our physical bodies for deeper realization. Mimicking their actions or simply repeating rituals in a formal way may not be useful. While rituals can bring people together socially, they do not necessarily result in genuine spiritual transformation . True growth happens when one’s inner being and outer body(or mind) align and that deeper power is expressed.

Animal to Human

At one point in time, I was watching many movies related to nature and came to know more about the lives of animals through them. As everyone knows, countless animals and birds depend on killing other creatures for their food—there isn’t any other way for them. This is what we generally call the law of the jungle  *. I also noticed their tremendous efforts in expressing themselves , especially when competing for a mate . To me, these efforts appear like showcasing their best qualities—through sounds, growls, and various displays-than competition. Typical humans see them as competition. They also set their territories with their sounds and other means, in most cases, it appears like mutual understanding and they honor each other’s boundaries. When I observe human society, I notice a similar trend. Humans kill other species, like hens and goats , and also compete for a mate, accumulate properties, and mark their own territories. But I also notice a different trend, rare but pre...
