Evolution cycle

In the realm of self-awareness lies the serenity of completeness.

I am aware of my true self, the source of the infinite universe. Just like you are the source of everything in your dream. In this state, I am complete, peaceful, and joyful. My consciousness is centered on my true self, with no distortion. However, creation may not be possible in this state.

Please refer below for notes on heart and human mind.**

In expressing our true selves, we inspire others to discover their own, fostering a world of harmony and fulfillment.

When I am slightly distorted from my true self, I feel incomplete. I want to feel peaceful and complete, so I ask my heart for advice. It tells me to express myself in my unique way to feel complete and peaceful. This will also inspire others to realize their true nature and express themselves.

When I look at the world with this perception of the consciousness of the whole, I see myself in everybody like you feel yourself in all parts of your body. However, people in the world act with the perception that they are something else other than me, resulting in many conflicts. Despite the noise and chaos they create because of their wrong perception, I feel immense love for all as I feel myself in all of them. I shower unconditional love in various ways to inspire them to broaden their perception and live a life of collaboration and bliss. These actions bring me immense peace and give a feeling of completion.

True fulfillment lies not in the accumulation of external experiences, but in the realization of our inner divinity.

When I am more distorted from my true self, I assume myself to be a physical body and feel incomplete. I still want to feel peaceful and complete, so I turn to my human mind for advice. The human mind primarily is a faculty to experience sensual pleasure and advises me from that perspective. It may suggest things like eating good food, going on vacation, enjoying nature, building a career for more money, getting married, having children, accumulating more possessions, buying luxury cars, and the list goes on. However, even after doing all these things, I may still feel incomplete. Then the human mind advises the idea of embarking on a pilgrimage, which may involve visiting temples, churches, mosques, and engaging in a more profound exploration of religious beliefs. Despite all of this, my thrust remains unquenched because they are all symbols, merely personify the divinity in unique ways specific to each region, but not divinity itself. Next, I would begin envisioning something beyond the physical, unlocking the doors to discover my true self. Realization of my true self makes me complete, peaceful, joyful, with no need to do anything else. And thus completing the cycle of evolution.

Michael Singer summarizes all this to find an answer to a question: why I am not feeling peace all the time?

**When I am unaware of my true self, I cannot recognize my heart and instead rely on my human mind. By "heart", I mean the consciousness of my holistic self and making choices that consider the wellbeing of all while expressing my uniqueness. Heart is like the mind of the universe. The human mind is meant to experience sensations like enjoying good food, feeling the cool breeze on the beach, smelling flowers, having fun with friends, being romantic with our partner, appreciating the beauty of landscapes and many more. However, it is not meant to make decisions. If the human mind were in charge of decision-making, it would prioritize sensual pleasures and disregard the wellbeing of the world around us, as its scope is limited to a body.
