Potential

The true self is the self that exists within all beings. While many of us tend to perceive the self as limited to our physical bodies but in reality, that same self permeates everything. When I view the world through the lens of the true self, I see many bodies, each with its own unique potential to contribute to the world. By expressing this potential, not only do we aid in the evolution of the world, but we also experience immense happiness. Even in the corporate world, individuals are often seen as resources with potential. However, this perspective is often driven by the desire to fulfill the company’s agenda. Resources are evaluated solely based on their ability to add value to the company’s needs. They are compared, promoted, or let go based on this assessment. In contrast, when I (having merged with my true self) interact with others, my focus is on helping them recognize and unleash their potential. I am not imposing my own agenda onto them, but rather enabling them to rea...

Let the universe know

If you want a clean room, clean it. By doing so, you are sending a message to the universe that cleanliness holds significance to you. The universe may eventually find a way to automate this task, although I am unsure of the specifics. Conversely, if your choice of action is to complain and expecting others to clean your room, the universe picks up on your inclination to find something to complain about and generates circumstances that provide opportunities for complaining. This occurs because all you are doing is complaining.   In this context, cleanliness is not just an act, but a message to the universe. In a similar vein, when you find yourself in pain and choose to turn to god for healing, the universe may present you with many gods from whom you can seek solace. If your choice of action is to worry about the pain, the universe will bring more opportunities (even aggravate pain) for you to worry. However, if your choice is to minimize your focus on the pain and grad...

Quotes - Others

Reference:  https://quotefancy.com/albert-einstein-quotes https://quotefancy.com/osho-quotes https://www.goodreads.com/author/quotes/275648.Socrates The master takes away only things which you don´t have, but you think you have. And he goes on giving you things which you have, but you have forgotten completely that they are your intrinsic nature. The word sin in its roots means forgetfulness. It has nothing to do with sin as we have come to understand it. To forget yourself is the only sin. And to remember yourself is the only virtue. - Osho I cannot teach anybody anything. I can only make them think.  -  Socrates Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.  - Albert Einstein Life begins where fear ends. -Osho A ship is always safe at the shore, but that is not what it is built for.  - Albert Einstein Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new. ...

Mind

The mind is often blamed for the challenges we face in life, but in reality, it is just a tool that requires a little fine-tuning. It operates within the boundaries that we have set for it. When our consciousness is limited to our physical bodies, the mind functions within that limitation. It sees the body as its own and excludes everything else. It forms relationships with everything else, developing likes, dislikes, and fears. We are all familiar with the dramas that unfold within this realm. However, when our consciousness expands beyond the body, the mind starts operating at that higher level of consciousness, including everyone around us. It begins to see others as itself, just like it sees the body as itself. This is where true love for others emerges, as we perceive them as our own being. Until then, our interactions with others are limited to relationships, whether they are good or bad. I recall an instance where a person willingly spent 24 hours in a cage full of snakes, ...

Flow of life

Just as Hercules used the flow of rivers to clean out the Augean stables, the powerful flow of life was cleaning out whatever was left of me - Michael A. Singer. Like a river melting rocks over time, every event of life chips away at my ego, until I am left unattached to any fixed identity. I simply existed, fully present, with no sense of self that could be defined or confined. When reflecting on the past, I am reminded of many painful events that provoked both harsh reactions and, later, more measured responses. Initially, I would react strongly when my ego was at its peak. However, as time went on and I experienced the impact of multiple events, my ego gradually eroded and I learned to respond more thoughtfully. Additional Notes: Expecting a moment to unfold specifically invites various struggles. In simpler words, it means being trapped in the ocean of samsara. However, when you approach the moment with openness, without attaching labels or expectations, accepting it as it is, and ...

A drop is falling into the ocean

Every drop of water maintains its individuality until it merges with the vastness of the ocean. Once it falls into the ocean, it loses its separate identity and becomes that. In a similar way, I am known as “so & so” until I discover the true self. But once I realize the true Self, I become That and cease to be “so & so.”  Just as a drop of water is minuscule compared to the vastness of the ocean, consciousness within a physical body is inherently limited. All other faculties, such as the mind, operate within this limited scope. However, as time passes, consciousness expands and eventually realizes the true self. From this point, faculties like the mind begin to operate at an expanded scope. All our faculties are always fully capable, but they simply operate at the level of our consciousness. When our consciousness is limited, our behavior is more personal and specific to our individual body or whatever scope. However, as our consciousness expands, our behavior become...

Who are you?

You are there, yet you are not there You have the option to either be the “One” or be one among many. When you identify with the body, you become just one of many individuals, and your relationship with the world becomes purely personal. However, when you view the body as a tool for perceiving and interacting with the world, you are you (you remain true to yourself) and your relationship with the world becomes completely impersonal. Paradoxically, in this state, you are able to shower love upon everyone. If you identify with the body, you develop preferences and engage in day-to-day activities to manipulate the world to ensure the world (including people and other beings) aligns with your preferences. This is what we refer to as karma. This leads to many complaints about the world not aligning with your preferences, causing you to lose most of your energy in constant dissatisfaction. With limited energy left, you take actions based on these complaints. However, if you view the body as ...

Influencing Others

There are two ways to influence others: advising and commanding. Commanding creates fear, which compels people to follow what I believe is right. They adhere as long as fear persists, but it becomes a burden to sustain this fear factor for one and it becomes a struggle for the other to suppress themselves and comply with whatever is asked of them. Furthermore, there is potential for explosive reactions when all the suppressed feelings are suddenly released once the fear subsides for any reason. On the other hand, advising allows others to think and act when they are convinced, while also giving them the opportunity to tailor the advice to their own needs. In the case of stubborn individuals, fear may be necessary to move them, as they may not budge without some form of force. However, it is important to recognize that the use of fear should be limited and not be employed excessively, even if they are unresponsive. True influence is not found in commanding others, but in empowering...

If God exists, why do bad things still occur?

The universe challenges us to change, so we may evolve from our narrow perspectives and embrace the empathy that unites us all. After watching the movie “Maidan,” I noticed that Gajraj Rao’s character portrayed an influential person who could make or break parties, institutions, and more. He always fought for what he believed should be the case and had the power to manipulate and persuade others. It made me wonder how much effort the universe(God), would have to put into changing someone like him. To transform such individuals, the universe would need to create many situations that challenge their narrow-mindedness and awaken their consciousness. In the content of movie, It introduced a coach who had experienced countless struggles but remained dedicated to the team. This coach’s unwavering determination, even in the face of death, touched the heart of Gajraj Rao’s character, ultimately transforming him into a more compassionate human being. Until that point, Gajraj Rao’s characte...

Transformer | Work

Through the use of my physical body, I can observe the ever-evolving physical world. I am the observer. During my observations, I have noticed that there are two types of species: those who rely solely on their mind (which is acting as the master or self), and evolving without conscious awareness of the Self, and those who have discovered the Self, are attuned to it, and use their mind as a servant to navigate the world. This remembers my favorite quote by Osho - The mind is a beautiful servant but a dangerous master . It is within this framework that individuals possess the power to shape and mold the physical world to align with their personal preferences or to contribute to the world with their unique qualities. When individuals are driven by their minds, they exhibit the former trait mentioned. When driven by the Self within, they exhibit the latter trait.  It is important to recognize that individuals who may appear harsh or difficult in the physical world are often bein...

My Signature

Flexibility and openness to change are the keys to societal evolution and individual empowerment. Society offers a framework for individuals to follow, but it is important to note that it is a flexible set of general guidelines that is constantly evolving. The phrase “General guidelines” itself implies they are broad and open to improvement and growth. This empowers us to think beyond conventional boundaries, explore innovative approaches, and integrate them into our guidelines if they prove valid. However, resistance to change will always exist, and it is important to accept this as normal rather than becoming frustrated by it. Flexibility and openness to change are crucial for the sustainability of nations, religions, communities, and education curricula. Without these qualities, they become rigid, mechanical, and even oppressive for those seeking new ideas. Ultimately, their inability to adapt leads to their demise. Recently, I came across a new science called Bio-geometry. It ...

Inspiration

Krishna’s smile never fades, and his joy always remains, regardless of external circumstances. He is not a saint living in a peaceful forest, where it would be easier to maintain his happiness. Throughout his life, he has faced countless challenges and drama, yet he still manages to keep that smile and joy. This inspires me to grow and evolve, just like him.

Physical Reality

Part I I doubt the existence of physical reality. Scientifically, the process of seeing objects involves the eyes and the brain. When light reflects off an object, it enters the eyes and passes through the cornea, pupil, and lens. The lens focuses the light on the retina, which has specialized cells called photoreceptors. These cells convert light into electrical signals that go to the brain through the optic nerve. The brain interprets these signals and creates our visual perception of objects. The colors we see are projections of our brain. In reality, objects have no colors; it’s the light reflecting off them has colors. Considering this, I can’t imagine how physical reality truly appears. I guess there is no physical reality, but there are energy blocks. Even our bodies should be set of energy blocks that the brain beautifully projects. The brain creates a colorful world for us to have a richer experience. However, this same world appears plain to bats and we don’t know how it...

Love | God | Religion

In the pursuit of truth, let us not become followers, but rather, let us be inspired to radiate love and evolve together  I refer to God as pure self. The same self pervades all, but the extent to which we allow it to express itself differs. Outstanding personalities like Rama, Krishna, Jesus, Mohammed, Ramana Maharshi, and others fully allowed God (the Self) to express through them. They were always joyful and shared unconditional love with no discrepancies.  Sometimes we encounter such legends in our lives, and their intention is to inspire us to radiate the same love. Their intention is for us to evolve, rather than being overly dependent on them and becoming followers. Unfortunately, humans tend to become attached to those who show them love. They become followers, create new religions, impose rules for everyone to follow, and restrict independent thinking. They hold the belief that their religion is superior to all others, leading them to establish protective measures and...
