Potential

 The true self is the self that exists within all beings. While many of us tend to perceive the self as limited to our physical bodies but in reality, that same self permeates everything. When I view the world through the lens of the true self, I see many bodies, each with its own unique potential to contribute to the world. By expressing this potential, not only do we aid in the evolution of the world, but we also experience immense happiness.

Even in the corporate world, individuals are often seen as resources with potential. However, this perspective is often driven by the desire to fulfill the company’s agenda. Resources are evaluated solely based on their ability to add value to the company’s needs. They are compared, promoted, or let go based on this assessment.

In contrast, when I (having merged with my true self) interact with others, my focus is on helping them recognize and unleash their potential. I am not imposing my own agenda onto them, but rather enabling them to realize their own abilities.

Empowering others to unleash their true potential is the key to collective growth and everlasting happiness.


 Notes to ponder:

When our self or consciousness is confined to a physical body, certain interactions can trigger reactions in our minds. For instance, when a man looks at a woman, or vice versa, or when a poor person looks at a rich person, or when an ugly person looks at a beautiful person. These instances have the potential to evoke various emotions, such as inspiration, depression, or even incite criminal behavior. However, if we shift our perspective to our true selves, our vision undergoes a profound transformation. This altered vision allows us to perceive each person as himself/herself with some unique qualities to be expressed, and few thoughts to assist them if required. In this perspective, no other chemistry can fire in our mind and hence there is no scope for good or bad, inspiring or depressing deeds but pure love. By embracing this perspective, we have the power to diminish violence and foster peace in our world.

Solution to all problems

“The solution to conflict lies not within the problem, but in shifting our focus to something that genuinely interests us.” Most conflicts are subjective, making it difficult to provide a generic solution. This is especially true in relationships, where arguments become complicated as each person speaks from their own perspective, trying to persuade the other. Finding a complete solution while being immersed in the problem is nearly impossible. The solution lies outside of the problem, not within it.
