The way out

"Like the gears of a watch, society's hidden systems turn, shaping our lives and binding us to their predetermined patterns." As I caught sight of a mechanical watch, I marveled at the intricate workings of the wheels. Each wheel, in turn, set off a chain reaction, causing another to rotate, creating a mesmerizing display of interconnected motion. I couldn't help but admire the complexity of the engineering and the skill of the artist who orchestrated it all. Simultaneously, a sense of permanence washed over me, realizing that these wheels would forever run in their predetermined pattern. But what if this perpetual motion extended to humans? I pondered how systems have emerged on our planet, exerting their influence over the actions and behaviors of individuals, establishing certain patterns. The patterns in society today are evident, and it feels as if we too are becoming mechanical, like the wheels in the watch, endlessly repeating known patterns instead of creatin...

Breakups

This is in continuation to the article on impersonal world . In the realm of realization, relationships dissolve, leaving only the pure essence of unconditional love. For those who have achieved realization, meaning their mind has discovered the true self or higher self, relationships cannot exist. When the mind is identified with a physical body, it perceives many other bodies, and that is where relationships can form. However, for realized individuals, the mind does not identify with a specific body. Instead, it simply witnesses it along with other bodies, without assigning any special status to any of them. From the perspective of the higher self, there are no separate entities, and therefore, relationships are not possible. In the life of a realized person, there will still be men, women, and many others, but they are seen as part of the unfolding events with no special attachment. The realized individual responds to them with utmost sincerity and unconditional love, with no i...

Impersonal World

"Embrace your higher self, for it holds the key to unity and harmony in a world filled with conflicts." I can clearly sense that there are two beings within me. One is the mind, and the other is beyond the mind. Let's refer to the latter as the higher self or true self. Usually, the mind assumes the role of the Self, creating a state known as false ego. In this state, the mind takes ownership of the body and makes all the decisions based on its acquired knowledge. It primarily operates for the comfort of the body and its attachments, such as family and friends. The mind expects the events in the world to be favorable to the body it identifies with. This makes the world completely personal in the sense that every event is judged from the perspective of the body to which mind identified with and labels them as good/bad. However, when the mind realizes the higher self, it becomes a tool for the higher self to interact with the world. It no longer identifies with any particu...

Couples war

I observed two contrasting viewpoints during a heated discussion between a couple.  The first side emphasized financial stability and spending quality time with family for inner peace. They believed in balancing work and family harmoniously.  The second side stressed the significance of individual talents, believing that everyone has a unique gift from God that should be expressed. They argued that relationships should support and encourage each other’s abilities for personal growth, which ultimately brings happiness and peace.  The first side did not recognize the value of uniqueness bestowed by God and believed it should be sacrificed for the sake of family, prioritizing the family above all else. It is primarily focusing on survival. The second side felt that their life was hijacked and they had no time to express themselves, which they enjoyed the most.  One side focuses too much on survival while the other side focuses on achieving something through self-e...

Writing

Our stories are the snapshots of our souls, capturing the essence of our journey and inspiring others to find their own path. I have observed that many successful authors wrote about the vivid experiences they have encountered in their lives. Some authors, like Jack London, embarked on daring adventures, sailing through the vast oceans in search of more experiences to create more captivating content. When we look at those experiences personally, from our perspective, they evoke a range of emotions, such as happiness, sadness, excitement, fear, and more. By packaging these experiences together in our book, we can captivate the audience’s attention, as they too have lived through similar experiences within the same timeline. Without these experiences, we wouldn’t possess such an extensive collection of books and literature.  Even in our day-to-day lives, with its intricate complexities of meeting ends, managing relationships, and navigating through political and religious vuln...

Quotes - Michael A Singer

References: https://quotefancy.com/michael-a-singer-quotes You are not your thoughts; you are aware of your thoughts. You are not your emotions; you feel emotions. You are not your body; you look at it in the mirror and experience this world through its eyes and ears. You are the conscious being who is aware that you are aware of all these inner and outer things.  - Michael A Singer I am so grateful that surrender* had taught me to willingly participate in life’s dance with a quiet mind and an open heart. -Michael A Singer  *Having no personal or specific preferences for how or what events unfold in your life In truth, pain is the price of freedom. And the moment you are willing to pay that price, you will no longer be afraid. The moment you are not afraid of the pain, you’ll be able to face all of life’s situations without fear. -Michael A Singer Stress only happens when you resist life’s events. -Michael A Singer

Quotes - U.G. Krishnamurti

Uppaluri Gopala Krishnamurti Reference: https://www.goodreads.com/author/quotes/30268.U_G_Krishnamurti To be yourself requires extraordinary intelligence. You are blessed with that intelligence; nobody need give it to you; nobody can take it away from you. He who lets that express itself in its own way is a "Natural Man" Society has put before you the ideal of a 'perfect man'. No matter in which culture you were born, you have scriptural doctrines and traditions handed down to you to tell you how to behave. You are told that through due practice you can even eventually come into the state attained by the sages, saints and saviors of mankind. And so you try to control your behavior, to control your thoughts, to be something unnatural. “What is morality? It is not the following of enjoined rules of conduct. It is not a question of standing above temptations, or of conquering hate, anger, greed, lust and violence. Questioning your actions before and after creates the mo...

Quotes - Vijay Chekuri

Similar to how a cow cannot hold its milk and releases it when the calf gently nudges the udder, the universe also cannot hold its secrets, and it unveils them all when you possess the spirit of the quest. No matter how much we earn, our mind always desire more, and it seems like there is no end to this longing. This insatiable desire for more keeps a Trillionaire just as occupied as a middle-class individual struggling to make ends meet. This keeps the possibility for wealthiest to be corrupt the same as s a person driven by hunger. Only way I can experience fulfillment is when I realize I am the God, the ultimate. Then the solution is self-discovery, not just survival.  Just like igniting fire under a rice pot is the key for it to get cooked, engage in the wordily activities is the key to evolve spiritually. Sole focus on activities labeled as spiritual by the world will not reveal you the truth. Just as holidays hold value when you work, engaging in spiritual activities holds va...

Handling conflicts spiritually

Following article builds good context. “Focus on what ignites your soul, and watch as the universe conspires to make it a reality.” As mentioned in the referred article, when I recall the true self, the whole universe becomes accessible (as the self pervades all), just like the body is readily accessible to you. I often give a shape to that formless, incomprehensible (by mind) self to enjoy the companionship and lovingly call it as Krishna. While I focus on expressing myself physically from the level of mind/body, Krishna (higher self, portion of me beyond the body) handles many tasks behind the scenes. I am unaware of the behind-the-scenes work done by Krishna that empowers me to do what I truly enjoy. This is the reason I say the following often - “By concentrating on something that interests you or feels appropriate, those related events will appear, naturally pushing away the rest, including your problems, with minimal effort from you”. “In the face of conflict, surrender to t...

Solution to all problems

“The solution to conflict lies not within the problem, but in shifting our focus to something that genuinely interests us.” Most conflicts are subjective, making it difficult to provide a generic solution. This is especially true in relationships, where arguments become complicated as each person speaks from their own perspective, trying to persuade the other. Finding a complete solution while being immersed in the problem is nearly impossible. The solution lies outside of the problem, not within it. Insisting on finding a solution while still in the midst of the problem only serves to drag you deeper into it, much like quicksand (oobi in telugu). The solution lies not in finding solid ground within the quicksand, but in clutching onto something stable outside, using it to pull yourself out. This outside handle, in the realm of conflicts, is action. Allocate a few hours or even days, creating a timeline within which to tackle the problems head-on. Take any and all actions within your p...

Catalyst | Evolution

Related article .  “Evolution is the journey of the mind. It is not applicable for you and me.” You are you, and evolution does not apply to you. In fact, there is no distinction between you and me; it simply exists.  When the mind fails to recognize you, it assumes itself as the Self, creating a false ego and guiding the body from that perspective. Evolution pertains to the mind. Everything that is created at the level of the mind will eventually cease to exist, just like everything we create in a dream disappears the moment we wake up. Forget about powerful empires, even the gods, religions, and anything else may play a role in the evolution of the mind, but they too will cease to exist once the mind acknowledges the true Self, which is you. Use them as tools for your personal evolution at the level of the false ego, but never fight for them. I, speaking from the level of the real Self, say this out of love, but I know that you, at the level of the false ego, will fight for ...

Two way path | Respect

Respect yourself and give the same respect to everyone around you unconditionally.  “Beware the danger of surrendering your mind to the authority of others, for in doing so, you stifle your personal growth” I often observe people who view themselves as inferior to others, like spiritual masters, religious heads, leaders, and many more. This mindset leads our thoughts down a narrow one-way path, accepting everything they say as the ultimate truth without question or validation. This is a great disrespect to ourselves. Our minds absorb their words without hesitation, blindly conforming our lifestyles to fit their teachings. We never take a moment to contemplate or dare to question, even when something seems amiss. This approach prevents us from truly understanding the essence of their message, as we blindly adhere to it out of faith or fear. It hinders our growth, degrades our sense of self, and leaves us vulnerable.  “Respect yourself enough to never feel inferior, yet hu...

Blood

Here is the related article “In recognizing the immortal self, we find freedom from fear and embrace the joy of existence.” When I woke up one day, I suddenly felt a strong curiosity about who or what resides within this body, enabling the flow of blood. And who or what is absent when the blood ceases to flow in a lifeless body? There seems to be nothing tangible to grasp except for the sense of self (the feeling of I). It is the presence or absence of this self that determines whether a body is alive or dead. But where does this self come from? And where does it go? I simply exist, neither coming nor going. Just as I bring life to countless thoughts simultaneously in my dreams, I bring life to many bodies at once in this vast universe. Many dreams come and go, yet I continue to exist. Many bodies and even entire universes come and go, yet I persist. With this broader perspective in mind, interact with the world through the help of the body you have been gifted. See what makes sen...

Family

In a broad sense, there are two categories of families, and it is important not to judge them. There is no hierarchy or comparison between them, as everything is part of the process of evolution. Each individual needs different things to evolve, so it's essential to take what is necessary for yourself and allow others to take what is necessary for them. "In a family of conformity, the true self finds no sanctuary." The family members live together as a cohesive unit, adopting a similar lifestyle. Most of their rules and customs are usually passed down by their elders and society. When the entire family stands together in conforming to a way, they feel a strong sense of unity, love, and support, which is also appreciated by society. Elders appreciate it when their children follow their instructions praising them as obedient, but it leads to a generation of followers rather than innovators. This may also result in children never express themselves out of fear of elders when...

Love

Feeling incredibly exhausted and in desperate need of relaxation, I considered reaching out to my family members for support. However, it quickly became apparent that they were all equally drained from their own daily activities. In a moment of wild inspiration, I turned to Google Gemini for some stories that could help me unwind. Among the tales it shared, one particular love story caught my attention - the legendary romance of Radha and Krishna. This enchanting narrative often refers to their love as "Divine Love" or "Krishna Prem," symbolizing the ultimate connection between the soul (Radha) and the Supreme Being (Krishna). This story served as a powerful reminder of an important truth - true love for the soul, or the human mind, can only be discovered within oneself. Despite our futile attempts to seek it externally, especially through the love of another person, we often find ourselves empty-handed. Both individuals in a relationship yearn for love from one an...

Value

“Recognizing your own worth is the key to unlocking your true potential.” I have encountered numerous stories and films that center around the theme of “Value.” These narratives often depict a character who yearns for acknowledgment from a significant figure in their life, be it a father, husband, children, or someone important to them. These characters go to great lengths to impress and seek validation from their loved ones, but unfortunately, their efforts often go unnoticed, leaving them disheartened. These stories typically conclude on a somber note, touching the hearts of the audience and reminding them to cherish those who surround them. While it is important to appreciate the efforts of those around us, it can also create a dependency or reliance on external validation for our sense of worth. I firmly believe in empowering individuals to recognize their own value without the need for validation from others. There will always be moments when people lack the maturity to see o...
