Visualization Technique

Recently, I learned about a manifestation technique from some people. According to this technique, if we imagine what we want to achieve in life and behave as if it has already happened, it will eventually manifest. However, I must admit that I’m not fully convinced by this approach. It seems as though we are trying to force the universe to give us what we choose, which reminds me of the behaviors of demons like Ravana. Rather than accepting the current state, we are rejecting it and imposing our own vision on the universe without caring about the impact of our choices on the world around.  Reference: https://youtu.be/R8b3lciUyO8?si=liN60pn83IIV_nlX The article I referred to in the reference, however, explains this technique in a way that resonates with me. There is a subtle difference that makes a lot of sense. Instead of fixating on a specific story that we believe takes us to an excited state, drop the story. Remain in that excited state and focus on giving our best at eac...

Lucky Bhaskar

Love is about sharing what we have with others for their benefit. I’m mentioning this here because the entire article is about love. Here is an article about the timeless and infinite love the universe has for each one of us unconditionally.  Summarizing my thoughts post-viewing this film The good deeds done by the “Vada Paav” vendor inspired the Hero to incline towards good at one point. It is impossible to calculate the impact he is creating by inspiring others towards good. He would have inspired a bomber to give up his idea of bombing a public place or a professional not to commit a scam, and the list goes on.  In many circumstances, the hero didn’t waste time crying or feeling tense during challenging times, which is the general behavior of an average person. Instead, he immediately started thinking about what best he could do at that moment.  When he wasn’t given a promotion, he didn’t waste much time crying. He simply did whatever best he could do at that moment. ...

Love is about sharing what we have with others for their benefit. I’m mentioning this here because the entire article is about love. “The suppression of love creates a dam within, unleashing destructive forces when the gates burst open.” When human emotions, particularly the feeling of love, are suppressed, it creates a blockage of energy within. It’s like the way water flow is obstructed when all gates are closed in a dam, causing immense pressure. Eventually, the mind reaches a breaking point, which varies from person to person. At this stage, it becomes disturbed and loses its tenderness in dealing with relationships. Eventually, this would lead to disastrous decision-making, such as the initiation of wars,  destruction of nature and many more. I once heard someone mention that the reason Vietnam, a small country, could triumph over the mighty United States Army was because the people of Vietnam had suppressed their emotions, particularly love, because of the constant stru...

Differences

Image
“In the grand puzzle of life, our differences integrate us, creating a beautiful mosaic of humanity.” Never assess other person from your eyes. Everyone is unique like a piece in puzzle. Just like puzzle pieces with different shapes provides the ability to connect with each other, the differences that exist in each of us come together like puzzle pieces to form a complete picture, fostering integration with those around us and ultimately contributing to the happiness of our family, community, country, world, and even the entire universe. It is absurd to expect every puzzle piece to be of same shape, as it is impossible to fit with each other. Differences are to integrate, but not the reasons to fight and mold the other person to be the same as you. Few other points for healthy relationship Take a fresh look at your partner’s intentions, as everyone has different reasons for their actions. Just because your father ruined things by playing cards doesn’t mean your partner will do the...

The Core

“The recognition of our core energy unifies the self, allowing us to perceive the oneness within the universe.” The feeling of I (Self) is always accompanied by energy, which forms the core of all beings. This core is present in all and feeling of I in all is the proof of it. Poetically, this profound connection is expressed through the representations of Shiva as the Self and Parvathi as the energy (Shakti). This concept is symbolized by the iconic figure of “Ardha Narishwara” - half man and half woman. It also signifies the interplay between masculine (self) and feminine energy. It is widely understood that, regardless of gender, every individual possesses both masculine and feminine energies. However, because of ignorance, the mind often cannot recognize this core energy and mistakenly perceives the feeling of I as the body (false ego) and thus sees many selves or individuals. But when the mind awakens to this realization (aware of core energy), it perceives only one self ...
