Differences

“In the grand puzzle of life, our differences integrate us, creating a beautiful mosaic of humanity.”

Never assess other person from your eyes. Everyone is unique like a piece in puzzle. Just like puzzle pieces with different shapes provides the ability to connect with each other, the differences that exist in each of us come together like puzzle pieces to form a complete picture, fostering integration with those around us and ultimately contributing to the happiness of our family, community, country, world, and even the entire universe. It is absurd to expect every puzzle piece to be of same shape, as it is impossible to fit with each other. Differences are to integrate, but not the reasons to fight and mold the other person to be the same as you.

Few other points for healthy relationship

  • Take a fresh look at your partner’s intentions, as everyone has different reasons for their actions. Just because your father ruined things by playing cards doesn’t mean your partner will do the same if he/she plays cards. Similarly, if your uncle used to smoke casually but not as a habit, don’t assume your partner will have the same behavior if he/she smokes and is okay with it. Just because India won a match in Chinnaswamy Stadium last year, it doesn’t hold any significance for the match they are going to play today. Players, circumstances, enthusiasm, and many other factors can differ. Instead of relying solely on past statistics, it is wise to assess the current factors to expect the outcome. In the same way, evaluate your partner’s behavior according to the current circumstances, rather than past events from your own life or that of your parents. Dynamism is what matters.
  • Peace is not the absence of conflict, but the presence of understanding - Albert Einstein. The cultivation of mindset is crucial for human evolution. Relationships act as a laboratory where challenges are thrown at us, urging us to research and find solutions. Merely living for the sake of society does not contribute any value to your family. Instead, striving continually to enrich your relationships is important. By reading books from authors like Bruce Lipton, Gary Zukav, Michael A Singer, and many others, you can stimulate and sharpen your mind, enabling you to generate innovative ideas.
  • If you cannot accept constructive criticism, you will hinder your own growth and remain stagnant in ignorance.
  • Strike a balance between trust and caution.
