Feel Good Chemicals

Part 1 Sitting on a beach, surrounded by the gentle sounds of crashing waves and the warmth of the sun on my skin, is truly an experience unlike any other. The cool breeze tousles my hair as I sink my toes into the soft, warm sand. The rhythmic ebb and flow of the ocean creates a soothing ambiance, lulling me into a state of tranquility. The laughter of children fills the air as they chase seagulls and frolic in the shallow waters, their joy contagious and infectious. Sitting on the beach, time seems to slow down, inviting a sense of mindfulness and presence in the moment. Visiting a rainforest in the morning during spring is an awe-inspiring experience. As the first rays of sunlight filter through the dense canopy, the forest comes alive with a vibrant symphony of sights and sounds. The air is thick with the sweet fragrance of blooming flowers and the humidity lends a lush and fertile atmosphere to the surroundings. Walking through the rainforest, one can't help but be captivate...

What is love?

What is love? I have never received a satisfactory response to this question. I have watched numerous love stories, yet none have left me feeling content. Often they mix the profound feeling of love with physicals. Those physicals give momentary pleasure and all feelings lost post that. This transient nature cannot be Love. Love is more like a constant stream, comparable to the everlasting flow of light emanating from the Sun for eons. I have realized of late that Love is sharing.  Love is the eternal stream that flows through selfless acts of sharing Wise individuals, with their eyes sparkling with knowledge, generously share their wisdom. Children offer tiny grains to passing birds. The act of selflessness, driven by the sole intention of easing the lives of others, emanates the purest form of love. Artists ignite the flames of inspiration, revealing the beauty that lies within us all. I wonder how artists work to be considered as love? Artists, their souls ablaze with passion, e...

Joy

Concept I am the one, one Self in all. This is the only persona that exists in real. A simple comparison to illustrate this is the dream where I alone exist in reality, albeit appearing as multiple characters experiencing myself from different perspectives. One Self pervades all of us like you pervade all characters in your dream. Just as I experience myself in various forms in my dreams, one Self experiences itself through many forms in this universe. Infused with the consciousness of oneness as an integral part of their DNA, each form gracefully takes part in the divine choreography, expressing its uniqueness in perfect harmony with the world it inhabits. Vyasa Maharshi symbolically illustrated a celestial performance called Rasa Leela. Within this dance, Krishna symbolizes the inner essence (the Self), Gopika represents an individual manifestation, and the arrangement of Krishna amidst the Gopikas signifies the presence of the same inner essence in all beings. The dance serves...

Physical Health | Power of Illusion

The physical realm is a reflection of one’s consciousness, incapable of existing independently, similar to a mirror’s reflection. When inner joy is present, it manifests as a joyful life in the physical world. Without internal joy, discovering external joy is impossible, much like an image necessitates a person standing in front of a mirror. From this perspective, the physical world is deemed unreal, comparable to an image in a mirror being unreal. You are real. Unaware of this, attempting to manipulate the physical world with knowledge and power is an illusion of power. Conversely, understanding this concept and striving to change the inner self, which automatically reflects in the physical world (sometimes referred to as the magic of the universe or simply luck), is truly powerful. This is the power of illusion. Achieving through the power of illusion is effortless and harmonious with the world surrounding us. On the other hand, manipulating the physical world directly using th...

Persona

I am the one, one Self in all. This is the only persona that exists in real. A simple comparison to illustrate this is the dream where I alone exist in reality, albeit appearing as multiple characters. It becomes immeasurable when taking into account other species like trees, plants, animals, rivers, and oceans that manifest in that dream. Let us investigate the impact of belief systems in constructing an illusion of division and generating innumerable personas. Please acknowledge that I am presenting it simplistically and leaving it to your imagination: the intricacy and variety of belief systems and their potential to create an infinite array of personalities. Fundamental beliefs are the religions, and there are numerous across the world. For now, let us consider Hinduism, Christianity, and Islam. These three religions generate distinct consciousness and have fragmented that singular core persona into three. Next, there is the belief in gender, categorizing individuals as male a...

Learning in silence

Prerequisite मौनव्याख्या  प्रकटित  परब्रह्मतत्त्वं  युवानं (Mauna-Vyaakhyaa Prakattita Para-Brahma-Tattvam Yuvaanam ) This line is from Dakshinamurthy Stotram . This means, "Whose Exposition through Profound Silence is Awakening the Knowledge of the Supreme Brahman in the Hearts of His Disciples; Who is Himself Youthful" I couldn’t understand how it was possible to teach something without speaking a single word. As explained in the prerequisite article, the entire universe exists within the Self, which means that everything in this universe is the Self, but in different forms and levels of consciousness. This concept can be easily grasped through the analogy of a dream, where the entire dream exists within my consciousness, and thus all the characters in that dream are manifestations of my consciousness, albeit in different forms and levels of consciousness. As I expand my consciousness to higher levels, I experience a sense of peaceful serenity that encompasses ev...

Fears | Reboot

As the infinite and omnipresent consciousness, I am all that is. I exist in countless forms, experiencing myself from different perspectives. When I remember this profound truth, I am overwhelmed with an immense love for everything and everyone. Context Sometimes, when sleep eludes me, and my mind wanders, I indulge in daydreaming. In my reverie, I envision myself as a bird soaring freely in the open skies, or as a fish gracefully gliding through the vast depths of the Pacific Ocean. I become a singer, using my voice to express the deep feelings of love within me. I transform into a dancer, allowing my body to be moved by the eruption of emotions from within. And as a cow showers love upon its newborn calf, I envision myself as a ruler, showering love for everyone. The possibilities are endless, and these vivid imaginings calm my mind, eventually lulling me into a peaceful sleep, and the dream disappears. However, sometimes disharmony prevails when I find myself in a semi-consciou...

Connect

In the current times, it is evident that we all feel disconnected from one another by default. However, let us take a moment to imagine a different reality - a reality where we are all naturally and effortlessly connected. In this state of innate connection, we would experience an overwhelming sense of love towards everyone and everything around us. Our actions would be driven by the wellbeing of all beings, as we would recognize and embrace our interconnectedness with the world. In fact, this connectedness is our natural state. Unfortunately, the consequences of our disconnection are becoming increasingly evident in our society today. We perceive ourselves as separate entities, caring only for our own interests. This mindset manifests itself in various forms, such as violence, selfishness, an inability to trust others, economic inequalities, and the relentless pursuit of basic needs. Our disconnection has even led to the commercialization of every aspect of life, robbing us of o...
