Physical Health | Power of Illusion
The physical realm is a reflection of one’s consciousness, incapable of existing independently, similar to a mirror’s reflection. When inner joy is present, it manifests as a joyful life in the physical world. Without internal joy, discovering external joy is impossible, much like an image necessitates a person standing in front of a mirror. From this perspective, the physical world is deemed unreal, comparable to an image in a mirror being unreal. You are real.
Unaware of this, attempting to manipulate the physical world with knowledge and power is an illusion of power. Conversely, understanding this concept and striving to change the inner self, which automatically reflects in the physical world (sometimes referred to as the magic of the universe or simply luck), is truly powerful. This is the power of illusion. Achieving through the power of illusion is effortless and harmonious with the world surrounding us. On the other hand, manipulating the physical world directly using the cunning tactics employed by religious institutions, political parties, and corporate companies for power exemplifies the illusion of power. Accomplishing goals through the illusion of power generates maximum violence and disharmony.
Throughout history, the illusion of power has been the root cause of all atrocities, leaving no exceptions.
This can be easily demonstrated through an analogy of physical health. The placebo effect, a well-documented phenomenon, serves as evidence of the significant influence our mind (our non-physical consciousness) has over our physical well-being. Numerous studies have shown that simply believing in the effectiveness of a treatment can lead to tangible improvements in health, regardless of whether the treatment itself is genuine. This proves that a mere shift in consciousness, a non-physical entity, can restore the health of the physical body, a physical entity. It serves as an example of how conscious awareness can manifest within our physical selves. It does not mean that you simply sit and dream, but also act according to the excitement that arises from within. If this is considered a microcosm, then the manifestation of the entire physical world through our consciousness is the macrocosm. Sustaining physical health with our consciousness is the power of illusion, which is peaceful, painless, cost-free, and harmonious with the world around us. External interventions represent the illusion of power, such as chemically based medications with numerous side effects, surgeries, and harsh treatments like chemotherapy, all of which are the most violent ways to treat disease and result in pain, financial burden, and the depletion of natural resources.
Renowned scientist Bruce Lipton has unambiguously proven this through his studies on epigenetics. Anita Moorjani’s survival of cancer after doctors declared she had only a few days to live serves as a testimony to the transformative power of a shift in mindset. Now it is your turn to experiment with these ideas.
Keep in mind the fundamental truth that a mirror reflects the individual standing in front of it exactly as they are, without the ability to alter it. Similarly, the physical realm, which includes your overall physical health, mirrors the condition of your consciousness within and is incapable of doing anything differently
The great personalities of the past could perform miracles, which can be credited to their mastery of the power of illusion.
The entire universe can be effortlessly bent, as it possesses no alternative but to mirror our consciousness.
