Concept

I am the one, one Self in all. This is the only persona that exists in real. A simple comparison to illustrate this is the dream where I alone exist in reality, albeit appearing as multiple characters experiencing myself from different perspectives. One Self pervades all of us like you pervade all characters in your dream.

Just as I experience myself in various forms in my dreams, one Self experiences itself through many forms in this universe. Infused with the consciousness of oneness as an integral part of their DNA, each form gracefully takes part in the divine choreography, expressing its uniqueness in perfect harmony with the world it inhabits. Vyasa Maharshi symbolically illustrated a celestial performance called Rasa Leela. Within this dance, Krishna symbolizes the inner essence (the Self), Gopika represents an individual manifestation, and the arrangement of Krishna amidst the Gopikas signifies the presence of the same inner essence in all beings. The dance serves as their means of expression as they unite in flawless unity.

This feeling of oneness erupts from the Self continuously like light emitting from the Sun, propelling all beings to unite as one.

The Application

When a beautiful song and background music come together, something magical happens. It has the power to captivate and mesmerize everyone who listens.

The background music in life is the essence (One Self) that is present in every one of us. It connects all of us, like a thread connecting all the flowers in a garland. A song in life, on the other hand, is the uniqueness of every being. Aligning one’s individuality with the higher soul while expressing one's uniqueness, brings immense joy, similar to the exhilaration of playing a game by its rules. This practice of attuning oneself to the higher soul allows for integration with the surrounding world, and without such integration, one might inadvertently become a victim or engender harm to others. Expression of our uniqueness serves as a channel for the excitement and passion that resides within us. 

When both the song and the background music align in perfect harmony, a profound shift occurs. we can feel that energy. It is as if our vibration is raised to a higher frequency, allowing us to experience a sense of lightness in our body. Our heart fills with immense joy, and our thoughts flow effortlessly from within. In this heightened state, all the trillions of cells in our body work together in unison and joy. This collaboration creates a harmonious balance, promoting optimal physical and mental well-being. The flow of energy within our system becomes smooth without any blockages. There is also a constant exchange of energy between our body and the universe**, which will also be tuned to the best. Our brain serves as the coordinator of this intricate dance, orchestrating the symphony of our body, mind, and the universe, ensuring that everything is functioning at its best. The possibilities in this heightened state are immense, leaving it to our imagination.

**Please note that the physical body and universe are not separate entities but rather interconnected, contributing to the overall harmony of our being.
