Lower density planes versus higher density planes

I've been struggling to comprehend the idea of density in astral planes, but a clue just came to me.
A movie is composed of a series of frames or images that are played continuously and with minimal variation from one frame to the next, which creates the illusion of characters in motion, engaging in activities such as playing, dancing, and more. In a similar vein, the physical body is a reflection of our consciousness, where our consciousness continuously reflects a series of body states, creating the illusion of motion in our physical body.
To travel from Hyderabad to Delhi, I have to go through a series of steps. This includes purchasing a ticket, spending time in the bustling airport, boarding the flight, settling into my seat for a few hours, disembarking the plane, going through multiple security checks, and finally arriving at my desired destination in Delhi. Just think about the immense number of body states (akin to frames in a movie) needed to accomplish this. This looks very dense to me, too many body states.
To attain similar outcomes in higher realms, they teleport from one place to another as they have mastered consciously reflecting their physical state, unlike our subconscious minds doing it unconsciously on Earth. A simple vanishing and reappearing requires few body states and appears less dense.
