Who created this body?

When a question was asked, 'Who created this body?' our mind immediately jumps into biological or theological logic . It wants a mechanical answer . But the truth of the Inner Sanctuary is much simpler: My body exists because I love it, I hold it in my consciousness . I enjoy it as an instrument to express the myself ( divine ) in the physical world. Therefore, this physical form will only cease to exist when it is no longer capable of expressing what is in my consciousness. This might happen because the biological instrument has simply grown old and worn out. Or, more beautifully, it might happen because my consciousness has expanded so vastly that a human form is no longer sufficient to contain it. The body is not a trap; it is simply a temporary canvas , held in existence by the desire of the 'I' to experience the world. Do not waste time looking for mechanical logic in the physical world. The external world is not a place of causes; it is only an effect —simply y...

Compare?

The Divine Wardrobe: Why the Universe Needs You to Be Exactly Who You Are Imagine someone standing before a mirror, trying on a closet full of magnificent clothes. They put on a sharp suit, then a flowing silk dress, then a comfortable sweater. They aren’t doing this because one outfit is inherently "better" than another. They are doing it simply to experience different facets of their own expression—to see how they look and feel moving through the world in a variety of ways. This is exactly what the Divine is doing with us. The Infinite Intelligence of the universe is constantly expressing itself in infinite forms. It is trying on this "dress" (your life) and that "dress" (your neighbor’s life) to experience the joy of its own limitless creativity. When you understand this, it completely destroys one of our most painful human habits: comparison. The Foolishness of Comparison Think about how much time we spend looking at other people’s lives, wishing we ...

Joyful Anger

There is a massive misconception in the spiritual community: If you are truly enlightened, you will never get angry. We are taught to suppress our intense emotions, believing they are unspiritual or a sign of failure. But what if the anger itself isn't the problem? What if the only thing that matters is where the emotion comes from? There are two entirely different ways to experience anger: as a reaction from the ego, or as an expression of the Divine. Learning the difference will completely change how you handle your inner storms. 1. "Sticky" Anger (The Ego's Reaction) Most of the anger we experience is purely reactive. We look at a circumstance, a person, or a perceived insult in the physical world, and our human ego flares up in defense. This type of anger is "sticky." It comes with a story. It holds grudges, replays arguments in the shower, seeks revenge, and poisons your peace of mind for days, weeks, or even years. This is the anger of the ego, and i...

Effortless Living

The End of Struggle: Why Your True Needs Are Already Met Take a moment to look at your life right now. How much of your daily mental energy is spent worrying about survival? How much time do you spend agonizing over how to acquire the things you think you need to be happy, safe, or successful? For most of us, the answer is: almost all of it. We live in a constant state of striving, convinced that if we just push a little harder, we can force the pieces of our lives into place. But what if the entire foundation of that struggle is based on a misunderstanding? What if you are already fully "funded" for your entire lifetime? The Pre-Packaged Lifetime There is a profound spiritual truth that completely rewrites how we approach our daily lives: The Infinite Intelligence has already created everything you will ever need for your entire lifetime. Think of an acorn. It doesn't just contain the genetic blueprint for a towering oak tree; its very existence implies that the soil, ...
