Conflicts and Relations

As a software engineer, I find immense joy in programming. The world of software is a realm where everything behaves exactly as I code it to be, leaving no room for deviations. Unlike humans, software does not engage in arguments or disagreements; it simply executes the instructions I provide. The only requirement is for me to communicate in a language it understands - logic.

Contrasting this, human interactions present a completely different scenario. People express their opinions, giving rise to discussions and potential arguments. It may take moments or even lifetimes to reach a mutually agreeable solution, depending on the maturity, openness, and inclusiveness of those involved. While this process may be inconvenient, it serves as a means for humans to expand their consciousness and perceive others as an extension of themselves. This sense of oneness fosters global peace and harmony.

In the realm of machines, logic reigns supreme, but in the realm of humanity, love and inclusivity are the keys to true harmony.

Logic seamlessly integrates with machines because we know their inner workings. We can write logical code because we understand the system. However, logic fails to operate effectively when applied to humans, as it is impossible to truly comprehend another person's thoughts and feelings. The only viable solution is to embrace inclusivity by expanding our own consciousness, giving undivided attention, and showering others with love. In such an environment, there is a high possibility of reaching a harmonious solution. It is crucial to note that we need not provide solutions for others; instead, we should strive to create an environment of inclusivity and love, allowing the other person to relax and feel safe. In doing so, the solution may naturally arise within their own mind.

I heard, some individuals, particularly those accustomed to working with machines, struggle in their relationships with people. This can be attributed to their tendency to apply logic to human interactions, a habit ingrained from working with machines. Some even resort to substituting human companionship with humanoid robots, seeking compliance without any form of disagreement. This undermines the purpose of being born as a human, hindering conscious growth.

Embrace the power of arguments and conflicts as the catalysts for personal growth, for within them lies the positivity that expands our understanding and includes others.

Whenever conflicts arise, try to see them in a positive light to steer your mind towards a positive path. The presence of negativity creates a barrier that isolates and excludes the surrounding people, limiting your consciousness. Conversely, embracing positivity helps expand your consciousness by including others.
