Who created this body?

When a question was asked, 'Who created this body?' our mind immediately jumps into biological or theological logic. It wants a mechanical answer. But the truth of the Inner Sanctuary is much simpler: My body exists because I love it, I hold it in my consciousness. I enjoy it as an instrument to express the myself (divine) in the physical world.

Therefore, this physical form will only cease to exist when it is no longer capable of expressing what is in my consciousness. This might happen because the biological instrument has simply grown old and worn out. Or, more beautifully, it might happen because my consciousness has expanded so vastly that a human form is no longer sufficient to contain it. The body is not a trap; it is simply a temporary canvas, held in existence by the desire of the 'I' to experience the world.

Do not waste time looking for mechanical logic in the physical world. The external world is not a place of causes; it is only an effect—simply your own consciousness pushed out into form.


Appendix

I finally understand the desperate will of any species to have children and continue their lineage. It is not just blind biological programming; it is the will of the True 'I', embodied in all forms, desiring to experience life in infinite ways.

Species does not go extinct simply because it 'failed'. Extinction happens when the physical circumstances change so much that the True 'I' can no longer have a full, expressive experience through that species. Another reason could be that "I" (consciousness) desires to express Itself in a totally new and different way, the old form or entire species is naturally left behind. There could be many more..

The physical world is simply your consciousness pushed out. Wars happen because you are eager to see interesting, dramatic news videos. To fulfill your desire for that entertainment, the world manifests conflict so that you will have the news you secretly crave. It is not the billionaires or the politicians funding the war—you are funding it with your attention. Drop your interest in such news. Fill your consciousness with something else, and wars will literally disappear from your physical reality.

Solution to all problems

“The solution to conflict lies not within the problem, but in shifting our focus to something that genuinely interests us.” Most conflicts are subjective, making it difficult to provide a generic solution. This is especially true in relationships, where arguments become complicated as each person speaks from their own perspective, trying to persuade the other. Finding a complete solution while being immersed in the problem is nearly impossible. The solution lies outside of the problem, not within it.
