Heal 2

This is an extension to earlier article on "Heal".

In the winter, a tree can look entirely lifeless. Its leaves have fallen, its branches are bare, and there is no visible sign of life. Yet, we know there is a silent, invisible life force hidden deep within it, quietly maintaining it, just waiting for the right moment to bloom again into leaves, flowers, and fruits. Everything visible is rooted in this invisible life force.

Now, take a moment to look beyond the tree.

If you sit in a park, you see a magnificent variety of life: birds chirping, squirrels darting, and countless flowers blooming. If you watch the ocean, you see an unimaginable diversity of creatures. If you look at a busy street, you see thousands of unique people. Even when you look up at the night sky, you see galaxies, planets, and stars that appear still, yet are constantly moving and evolving in perfect harmony.

There is one beautiful truth connecting all of this: It is the exact same life force. One invisible, infinite power is effortlessly fulfilling the incredibly diverse needs of every single body and form across the universe. It knows exactly how to care for a bird, a star, an ocean, and a tree. Its potential is limitless.

That exact same life force—with all its infinite, healing potential—is breathing and beating inside of you right now. It has infinite gifts to offer you, and the only thing required to receive them is to recognize it and surrender.

Surrender does not mean giving up. It simply means putting down a heavy weight. It means:

• Stopping the exhaustion of trying to manage everything—your health, your work, your family—with your tired human intellect.

• Stopping the desperate outward search for comfort, a magical fix, or validation from the outside world.

Instead, just be silent. Close your eyes. Feel the presence of this life force within you. Remember how easily it takes care of the birds, the oceans, and the stars. Let yourself get completely lost in the deep companionship of that life force.

Feel the gentle fire of that life force warming you from the inside, naturally taking care of everything. When you rest in this space, survival is no longer a task you have to figure out. You can hand that burden over to the infinite.

Just be open. Let the life force unfold in its own perfect way to care for you. It may unfold quietly as deep physical healing within your body. It may flash into your mind as a fresh, peaceful thought telling you exactly what gentle action to take next. Or, it may flash directly into the mind of the doctor treating you, or the loved ones supporting you.

Because it is the exact same life force breathing through all of us, it can effortlessly orchestrate infinite beings and circumstances across the universe just to care for you.

You do not have to fight, and you do not have to figure it all out. Just rest in the silence, listen, and let the infinite life force carry you.
